Who is running the Offer?
The Promoter is Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd (ABN 84 132 571 638) of Unit 10c, 2 Daydream St, Warriewood NSW 2102 (Promoter).
Where will the Offer run?
The Offer will run in participating stores in Australia which are displaying advertising material related to the COD Promotion (Stores).
When will the Offer start and end?
The Offer period starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 25/09/2024 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 06/12/2024 (Offer Period).
Who can enter?
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over (Participant), excluding:
- persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
- persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?
Yes. During the Offer Period, you need to buy any 2 x 500ml Monster Energy® products, 1 x multipack (4x500ml) of Monster Energy® products (all variants), or any 2 x 305ml cans of Java Monster® products in 1 transaction (excluding vending machine purchases) (Qualifying Purchase) from a Store and retain your itemised receipt as proof of purchase.
A receipt showing one or more Qualifying Purchases can only be used to make 1 entry (Entry), regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on that receipt.
Entry instructions
After you have made a Qualifying Purchase and collected your itemised purchase receipt, you must, during the Offer Period:
- either:
- scan the QR code on the in-store advertising material with your smartphone; or
- visit www.monsterenergyCOD.com.au (Website); and
- locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form including by uploading an image of your itemised purchase receipt and providing all other requested information, including your name and address.
Your itemised purchase receipt must clearly identify the Store where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/include a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Offer Period and before you submitted your Entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an Entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
No entries will be accepted outside the Offer Period.
Once a valid Entry has been processed and validated by the Promoter (allow up to 5 business days for validation), that Participant will automatically receive a DLC Code (defined below) to the email address associated with your Entry, in accordance with the ‘Rewards’ section below.
You must own (or acquire) the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame (Game), have persistent internet access, an Activision account, accept the product and end user license agreements, and have an applicable platform account and platform subscription (sold separately) in order to redeem and use the DLC available through this promotion.
Reward
Participants will receive unique promotion codes (each individually a DLC Code; collectively, DLC Codes and/or Reward(s)) in the increments and for the items set forth below.

For clarity, the first DLC Code entered will receive Reward No. 1. The second DLC Code entered will receive Reward No. 2 and so on, up to a max. of 30. You can only receive a maximum of one (1) of each Reward No. 1 to 3, and you can only receive a maximum of twenty-seven (27) Reward No. 4 in this offer (being a maximum of 30 Rewards in total).All entries must be valid as per these Terms and Conditions.
You must redeem your DLC Code by 11.59pm AEDT on 31/03/2025. See ‘How can I redeem a DLC Code?’ section below. Any DLC Code not redeemed by 11.59pm AEDT on 31/03/2025 will no longer be valid, and the Promoter will not provide any new/replacement codes in lieu.
How can I redeem a DLC Code?
During the Offer Period and until 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2025, Participants can visit www.callofduty.com/redeem (Redemption Website) log in to their Activision account (Account) (or create an Activision account if they do not have one already), submit their DLC Code(s) and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion. If a Participant does not have an existing Activision account, they can follow the instructions to register for this service at https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/signup.Registration with Activision requires agreement to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies for such use. After registration, the Participant’s Account will automatically link to their: Xbox LIVE gamertag and profile for the Xbox One or Xbox Series X console; PlayStation Network gamer profile for the PS4 or PS5 console; Nintendo Switch Online gamer profile for the Nintendo Switch; or Origin or Steam profile for PC; (each a Gamer Profile).
To redeem a DLC Code, Participants log into Participant’s Account and enter their DLC Code as directed by the Website. After Participants successful entry of a DLC Code, in accordance with these terms and conditions, they will receive their DLC item which will automatically be loaded onto Participant’s Account within Participant’s Game for Participant’s Gamer Profile. If a DLC Code is redeemed prior to the release of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame, the DLC item will be automatically banked into Participant’s Gamer Profile for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame. Participants will be able to access these banked DLC items for use in the for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame starting on 25th October 2024. Participant’s DLC Code will only be redeemable with the Game account details on Participant’s Account. Participants must ensure they are logged into the correct Account before redeeming a DLC Code. DLC Codes will be assigned to the first Account that they are redeemed on. DLC Codes cannot be transferred to another Account and replacements will not be issued.
NOTE: Acquisition of the Game is required to redeem and use the DLC obtainable through this Promotion; additional pay subscription services may be required to redeem and use the DLC in the Game’s multiplayer play. The DLC cannot be redeemed nor exchanged for any monetary value. The DLC content may be available for purchase and/or other giveaway(s) separately at any time. The 2XP DLC item will give the Participant fifteen (15) minutes of 2XP at time of redemption.Each DLC Code may only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same DLC Code (whether by the same Participant or by different Participants) will be void. A maximum of one (1) hour of 2XP per day, and forty (40) hours of 2XP in the aggregate may be redeemed per Participant during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number and/or combination of 2XP Codes redeemed, not limited to this promotion. DLC Codes must be entered on the Website before 11.59pm AEDT on 31/03/2025, and any valid unused DLC Codes after this time shall become void. If any part of any DLC Code is counterfeited, or improperly reproduced or if the DLC Code comes from other games or promotions (whether operated by the Promoter or any third-party), or if any part is illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the DLC Code will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of the Promoter and Activision Publishing, Inc. (Activision) with respect to DLC Code entry are final and binding.
DLC Codes cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, or otherwise or obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. DLC Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels.
All DLC Codes are subject to verification at the respective sole discretion of the Promoter and Activision before a Participant receives their DLC. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. DLC Codes will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or, if determined by the Promoter or Activision in their respective sole discretion, to be unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions) or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by the Promoter for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error or are illegible or unreadable or blank. No DLC Code redemption will be valid if such redemption is associated with any DLC Code deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, the following: (a) DLC Code is not verified or recognized as being validly issued by the Promoter or Activision in the Promotion; (b) DLC Code is determined to be previously entered and used, except as provided herein; (c) DLC Code is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted; or (d) DLC Code is void. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of the Promoter and Activision shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion, including without limitation determinations regarding the validity of DLC Codes. The Promoter and Activision each shall have no obligation to the holder of any void DLC Code. The Promoter or Activision may, at their respective sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible DLC Code with one (1) replacement DLC Code, if appropriate, upon request while supplies last. The Promoter and Activision each reserves the right to inspect and examine any illegible DLC Code prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at the Promoter’s or Activision’s respective sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly stated above, the Promoter and Activision shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void DLC Code.
How many times can I enter?
The following entry limits apply:
- There is a limit of 1 Entry per person, per day;
- There is a limit of 30 entries in total;
- You can only enter once per Qualifying Purchase.
Each Entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the Reward recipients be informed?
If you submit a valid Entry, you will be informed immediately via email with details on how to redeem your Reward.
Must I keep anything to verify my Entry?
You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. If you don’t produce the proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a Reward.
Proof of purchase must be identical to the image provided by you with your Entry.
If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid, and you will lose any right to a Reward.
When must I claim my Reward?
You must claim your DLC Codes via the Redemption Website by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2025.
Unclaimed Reward/s
If a DLC Code has not been redeemed by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2025, that DLC Code will be forfeited.

Entry
- Your Entry must be received during the Offer Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase, your Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/aliases you may be disqualified.
Rewards
- Rewards and all elements of the Reward must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit a Reward or any element of the Reward for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative item/reward as a substitute. The Reward is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Activision or the Promoter, including validity period/s.
General
- If you are a Reward recipient, you may be required to take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter reasonably requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
- If you are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially, your Entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your Entry/s. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
- You must not:
- tamper with the entry process;
- engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the offer;
- act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
- (do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this offer;
- breach any law; or
- behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
- The Promoter is not liable for entries or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
- If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this offer or receiving a Reward, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this offer is final.
- Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all Rewards must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.
- If this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, government directive, a pandemic, public health orders and the like, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the offer or disqualify affected entries.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you claiming/receiving a Reward. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this offer results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability
- You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this offer and cannot be excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights. See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.
- Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this offer or any Reward/gift, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
- Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable for any loss of or damage to, or delay in delivery of Rewards or for any damage that occurs to Rewards/gifts due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Unless otherwise specified, will only be delivered to email addresses in Australia.
- The Promoter may communicate or advertise this offer using social media platforms, including Facebook or Instagram. However, the offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook or Instagram. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
Collection and use of your personal information
- The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Reward/gift suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.monsterenergy.com/en-au/privacy-policy/.In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may opt out, access, update or correct your PI, how you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. However, the Promoter will not disclose your personal information to any other entity outside of Australia.
